Q. What is your website?
A. Our
website is envisionrxplus.com.
You can find the formulary, drug pricing, pharmacy network and many
other resources on our broker page. This is also where you log into the
portal to process enrollments.
Q. How do I order supplies?
A. Go to: https://envisionstore.convergenceweb.com/Login/tabid/11718/Default.aspx
and Login with your username (your email) and password (your six digit
writing number). Select Online Store and 2020 Agent Marketing
Collateral and follow the instructions.
Q. How do I log in to the broker portal?
A. Go to: https://broker.envisionrxplus.com/PortalUser/PortalSignin.
If previously registered for the broker portal, you can log in with
your username and password. If you do not remember your login
information you can reset both. If you do not currently have a portal
login, you’ll need to register.
- Select
‘broker’ or ‘agency’ for type of organization. Agencies must have
their own writing number.
- Log
in with information exactly as entered during onboarding. Newly
issued writing codes take 24 hours to become active in our system.
- Username:
At least eight characters (can’t be email address).
- Password:
At least eight characters, one capital letter, one number and one
special character.
Q. Where do I go to submit new business?
A. Enrollments
are entered electronically through our broker portal. Go to: https://broker.envisionrxplus.com/PortalUser/PortalSignin
and Sign In. If you do not currently have a portal login, you’ll need
to register. Once logged in you will see the Enroll tab at the top of
the page.
