We want to make you aware of several issues with the new release of Medicare Plan Finder. The issues are affecting drug pricing for all plans. Drug pricing is not calculating correctly for carriers with plan designs that have a deductible that applies for specific tiers only. Also, mail order pricing is still only pricing for Standard and not Preferred mail order pharmacies. Until these matters are resolved, we encourage you and your clients to use envisionrxplus.com to check drug pricing.

We know how busy you are, and many of our brokers have the same questions during AEP season, so we provided a few of the top ones below. You may also look in our Broker Support guide for more answers to common questions.

Q. What is your website?

A. Our website is envisionrxplus.com. You can find the formulary, drug pricing, pharmacy network and many other resources on our broker page. This is also where you log into the portal to process enrollments.

Q. How do I order supplies?

A. Go to: https://envisionstore.convergenceweb.com/Login/tabid/11718/Default.aspx and Login with your username (your email) and password (your six digit writing number). Select Online Store and 2020 Agent Marketing Collateral and follow the instructions.

Q. How do I log in to the broker portal?

A. Go to: https://broker.envisionrxplus.com/PortalUser/PortalSignin. If previously registered for the broker portal, you can log in with your username and password. If you do not remember your login information you can reset both. If you do not currently have a portal login, you’ll need to register.

  • Select ‘broker’ or ‘agency’ for type of organization. Agencies must have their own writing number.
  • Log in with information exactly as entered during onboarding. Newly issued writing codes take 24 hours to become active in our system.
  • Username: At least eight characters (can’t be email address).
  • Password: At least eight characters, one capital letter, one number and one special character.

Q. Where do I go to submit new business?

A. Enrollments are entered electronically through our broker portal. Go to: https://broker.envisionrxplus.com/PortalUser/PortalSignin and Sign In. If you do not currently have a portal login, you’ll need to register. Once logged in you will see the Enroll tab at the top of the page.

Other helpful hints:

  • Ask for and verify the beneficiary’s Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) number, NOT the HICN number.
    Why? The New Medicare Card Project transition period ends 12/31/19 and any record submitted with a HICN will reject as an invalid Beneficiary ID error. Correct MBI numbers do not include: S, L, I, O, B, Z.
  • To update your clients banking or credit card information, send a secure fax to: 844-645-0583. The member may also update by calling customer care or through their member portal. Please do not email this information under any circumstances.
  • Commissions pay at the end of the month members become effective (example: 1/1/20 effective date; commission paid end of January).
  • Renewal commissions are paid in full towards the end of January.
