CMS is in the process of launching a redesigned Medicare Plan Finder for the 2019 annual election period in an attempt to provide beneficiaries and caregivers with a personalized, mobile-friendly and easy-to-read guide of the MA and Part D enrollment process. NAHU has expressed significant concerns about these changes and the rollout process, and is working with the Administration to manage the transition. As part of these efforts, we are seeking feedback from NAHU members who specialize in Medicare on how they use the Plan Finder.
