Medigap
Enrollment Kits can be ordered on ShopPRO, accessed
through the Producer Portal, producer.highmark.com. Rates are included in kits, but can also be
downloaded by clicking here. Kits are located in the "Plan
Information" section under "Shop by
Category" on the left-hand navigation pane.
Please note that the electronic submission
process will be available on the Producer Portal beginning
October 15th. In the meantime, any agents wishing
to take applications at this time may submit the updated paper
applications. Completed applications may be mailed to the address
on the application or faxed to 1-888-663-0258.
