Waiting on Hold: NEW! PHD Callback Option
The Producer
Help Desk (PHD) is extending hours and implementing smart technology to
provide you with expedient and hassle-free service during the Annual
Enrollment Period (AEP).
AEP
Extended Hours: 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
CT, Monday-Friday. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT, Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Callback
Option Keep your place in line by taking
advantage of our callback feature. There’s no waiting on hold as a PHD
professional will call you back as soon as it’s your turn.

Service model: If
you miss the PHD callback, they’ll call you again in five minutes
·
Smart tip: If
you need to verify Medicaid eligibility, use the callback option while
you stay engaged with your client.

Special note:
The busiest time of day for the PHD is 10 a.m.-3 p.m. CT
