Enhanced AEP Enrollment Materials are now Available for Pre-ordering

 

 

Based on the feedback received, we have made several enhancements to our enrollment materials! These include:

  • Simplified enrollment kits to serve as standalone pieces.
  • Added two scope of appointments to each kit. 
  • Enhanced the overall design and omitted customization to speed up processing time.
  • Created a Highmark Medicare Roadmap to leverage as a new tool. 


Please review the important information below in regard to timeframes and initial orders:

  • Enrollment Kits can be ordered on ShopPRO, accessed through the Producer Portal. Kits are located in the "Plan Information" section under "Shop by Category" on the left-hand navigation pane.
  • After AEP begins, there will be a one-week turnaround time from the date an enrollment kit order is placed to when it is delivered.
    • To receive your enrollment kits by October 1st, your order must be placed by September 17th.
  • Highmark recommends you only order sufficient enrollment kits for the first few weeks of AEP.
    • 2020 Star Ratings will be released mid-October and must be replaced in any enrollment kits you have on hand.
  • Provider Directories and Formularies will not be shipped automatically; both items can be ordered on ShopPRO in the "Plan Information" section.
  • Plan Comparison Guides will not be included in kits and currently aren't available. We will notify you once these are available to order on ShopPRO. 
  • Kits now include a list of the Top 100 Drugs.

 

Helpful Tips for ShopPRO:

  • Kits are broken out by county; click here to view an Enrollment Kit Guide to see which kit covers your territory. This information can also be viewed on the ShopPRO landing page.  
  • Reference “Order History and Status” to view prior orders and status. 
  • View the “What’s New” section for new materials updated continuously during AEP.

If you have not already completed your training, it can be accessed by clicking here or by visiting the website directly using highmark.litmos.com. 

As a reminder, both the Highmark training and AHIP must be completed by September 20th in order to be eligible for AHIP reimbursement.
