Cigna-HealthSpring is looking a lot more like Cigna

You may have noticed some changes in the look of our Medicare communications lately. That’s because Cigna-HealthSpring is now transitioning to the Cigna umbrella brand.

 

Why is this changing?

This will allow us to transition to the trusted Cigna brand while continuing to offer the same great services and plan options that customers have come to expect from us.

 

What exactly will change?

Very little. HealthSpring will remain in many plan names. And when customers stick with their current Cigna Medicare plan, they won’t need a new ID card.

 

If you’ve already ordered marketing collateral for Cigna-HealthSpring, you can continue to use it. And when you need to reorder, new versions will feature the Cigna name and logo.

The new AEP toolkits are coming!

Our AEP 2020 marketing materials for brokers will soon be available for ordering. These include business reply cards, flyers and brochures, all of which can be customized with your contact information. Download documents for printing at no cost, or have them professionally printed and delivered for a small charge.

Think you know HAAL?

Meet CARL.

With the shift from Cigna-HealthSpring to Cigna comes a transition to the Cigna Agent Resource Line, aka CARL. You’ll still enjoy the same great service and get your questions answered promptly and professionally. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to chat live with a CARL representative when our new reporting system rolls out later this month.



The CARL service line will go into effect on Monday, September 16. The phone number itself will not change from HAAL.

Last call for certification

If you're not yet certified to sell Cigna Medicare, there's still time. And we’ll reimburse you for the certification fees too. But only if you complete your certification by September 15, 2019 and sell just five net January 1, 2020 effective applications.
