NEW Single Sign-On Portal for Agents

Attention Valued Partner!

We are very excited to announce the upcoming launch of the NEW Single Sign-On (SSO) Portal for our agent partners! This portal will provide you access to the new Materials Portal via a personalized access link.

Note! Agent Connect, Agent Workflow, and WellCare University will be added to the portal in a phased approach. Please continue to access these sites as usual. 

What you Need to Know: 

You Will Have Access Tuesday, 8/27

How to Access:

• You will receive an email from no-reply@sailpoint.com with subject: Welcome to WellCare Network IdentityNow
• The email will consist of your SSO portal username (which is your 6-digit WellCare agent ID)
• By selecting Register Now you can begin the process of setting your permanent credentials
