Manhattan Life - Medicare Supplement Rate Adjustment in Virginia

The rates are effective for any new business with a signature date of October 1, 2019 or later requesting an effective date of November 1, 2019 or later.
Please refer to the points below to determine which rates should be applied for new applications:
- All Medicare Supplement applications signed before October 1, 2019 will receive the current 11-1-18 rates.
- Any Medicare Supplement application signed on or after October 1, 2019 requesting an effective date before November 1, 2019, will receive the current 11-1-18 rates.
- Any Medicare Supplement application signed on or after October 1, 2019, requesting an effective date of November 1, 2019, or later, will receive the new 11-1-19 rates.
- Any Medicare Supplement application re-dated on or after October 1, 2019 will receive the new 11-1-19 rates.
