Brian, Medicare broker relations manager, has been in his role for the last year. Prior to taking over Medicare broker relations, Brian spent time as a commercial account exectuive for GHP focused in the Lehigh Valley. The Broker Care Team, a group of specialized staff assembled to give our broker partners a dedicated line of contact, will deliver a better service experience through one-call resolution. Each broker care team member will be able to assist with questions regarding members and agencies. The team will serve both commercial and Medicare brokers.
