Verify all fields have accurate information before you submit.
Lower the likelihood of a Refer decision by ensuring that information entered on the e-App is accurate (client email, your email, SSN, address, DOB, etc.).
Use the iPipeline iGO e-App platform

on your desktop or laptop using Internet Explorer or
•
on your Apple iPad® using Safari
•
other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox are not supported
Unique email for e-signature
Your client (the Owner) must have their own unique email address to electronically sign the application.
You cannot use your own email address or set up an email address for the Owner to use.
Client is account holder
The bank account from which premium will be drafted must be held by your client (the Payer).
Remember, there are audit controls in place to ensure that submissions follow proper business practices.

1 e-App is available through the iPipeline iGO e-App platform using Internet Explorer (desktop/laptop) or Safari (Apple iPad only) for Foresters non-medical and medical products (excluding Foresters PlanRight). Touch to Sign is available on Apple iPad only. POS decision for non-medical products will be unavailable Monday to Saturday from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from Saturday 10:00 p.m. to Sunday 10:00 a.m. (ET). Some e-App features are not available in NY (refer to ezbiz, Toolbox/e-App section for more details).
