Your new agent services phone number: 866-272-6630
The relationships we’ve built with you are at the core of our business. That’s why we are constantly looking for ways to offer better services and resources for our agents. We understand that during certain times of the year (such as flu season), our phone lines can have high call volumes from policyholders. As a result, we’ve launched a dedicated agent phone line (866-272-6630) to give you faster access to the people and information you need to service your clients and manage your business. This will replace the existing number (800-264-4000) for agents.
We’ve also been reviewing call volumes and times over the last several months. As a result of this review, we're changing our hours of operation. Effective immediately:
- Agent services will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT (Monday - Friday)
- Customer service will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT (Monday – Friday)
Other areas of operations will make similar changes. You can view the availability and contact information for each department in the home office directory below.
If you happen to call the old number, you'll still be able to reach us (it will just take a bit longer to be transferred). Be sure to save our new number now to get ready before AEP arrives!

Hierarchy change requests
Effective June 7, 2019, we will no longer accept hierarchy change requests under the current commissions and hierarchy structure in order to update our systems to the new structure that will go into effect on July 22. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during these temporary system updates.
Consistent with our current policy of not accepting hierarchy change requests for 6 months from the initial appointment date, we will not accept any hierarchy change requests until January 22, 2020. This will apply to all agents, since all agents will have an updated hierarchy starting July 22.
