Senior Markets Update

 

 

2020 AHIP Training is now Available!

...Don't wait until the last minute to complete

 

Highmark will be requiring the AHIP training as part of the 2020 Agent Training and Certification. All requirements must be completed prior to selling 2020 Medicare Advantage products. Click here to complete the AHIP training. 

If you have already completed the AHIP training and need to transfer your certification to Highmark, you may do so by logging into the link above.   
 

 

To assist you with completing your AHIP training, we have compiled some helpful tips below:

  • Pace Yourself. The comprehensive test phase of AHIP takes two hours, and you have three attempts to pass with a minimum score of 90%. 
  • Eliminate all distractions while taking the test. We recommend leaving your phone in another room and closing any other programs or websites on your computer.
  • Print out the course slideshow to leverage as a guide while completing the certification. This is permitted as AHIP is an open-book test.
  • Make sure to complete the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) module and test after the AHIP portion. Once you have fulfilled all of the requirements, you will receive a certificate signifying completion.
