We are excited to announce the addition of APPS as one of our preferred paramed vendors for Ameritas FLX Living Benefits products!

APPS is the largest paramedical company in the US, offering nationwide coverage which means exams can be done conveniently for you and your clients. If you don’t already have one, create an account with APPS.

This information has been added to our Underwriting Guide and reflects the addition of APPS. We will always have the most up to date Underwriting Guide posted on Producer Workbench for you to reference. We have also updated the New Business Instruction Cover Sheet.

We are continually making improvements to the FLX Living Benefits Term and Index Universal Life application submission process to make it more efficient for you. Effective April 15th there are additional reflexive questions available on our eApp for common health concerns. This means you will no longer need to pull an amendment for clients with these considerations:

Sleep Disorder (new)
Drug use/abuse (new)
Arthritis (new)
Diabetes (existing)
High Blood Pressure (existing)
Mental Health (existing)
Asthma (existing)
Travel (existing)
