Getting the support and care you need has never been easier. With Virtual Care, you can see a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist from the comfort of your own home.

Simply download the Capital BlueCross Virtual Care app from your preferred app store and create an account. You can choose which service you’re looking for. Then schedule an appointment with certified therapists and licensed psychologists or psychiatrists who are in your network.

FREE VISION AND HEARING SCREENINGS

On May 16 and May 17, you can get your hearing and vision tested for free.

As part of Better Hearing and Healthy Vision Month, our Capital Blue health and wellness centers are offering free hearing and vision screenings. Use the links below to register in advance so you don’t have to wait.

Since it’s open to the public, tell your friends and make a day of it. Our health and wellness centers have a lot to offer, including a cafe for lunch and a variety of classes.
