As a valued participant in the Highmark Elite Producer Rewards Program, we wanted to inform you that the program will be discontinued, effective March 1, 2019. Participants who have earned award points with the program should redeem their points no later than Friday, May 31, 2019. If after May 31, you have yet to redeem your points, they will be moved to a redemption only site, as points do not expire.

To redeem award points, participants should visit and log on to the Elite Producer Rewards website (highmark.performnet.com). If you do not remember your Login ID, it is your National Producer Number. If you do not remember your password, please click on the forgot password link and follow the prompts.
