Rate changes for IUL policies |

As of April 1, 2019, we have made changes to the cap, participation, illustrated, and spread rates (if applicable) for the following marketed products: Builder Plus IUL, Guarantee Builder IUL® 4, and Rapid Builder IUL® 4. There is also an updated illustrated rate for Legacy Optimizer IUL.
