Our logo has a new look
|
|
Now that we are part of the CVS Health enterprise, we have incorporated CVS Health’s heart icon into the Aetna Medicare logo. The new logo is a symbol of our purpose of helping people on their path to better health, and our commitment to transform the health care experience.
Over the next few months as we rollout the new logo, you'll continue to see both the old and the new logo in use. Please know that while our logo has changed, our relationship with you remains the same.

Coming soon: A new, simpler contracting process
We’re replacing our existing Aetna Medicare contracting system for MA/MAPD products, nomoreforms™, with an improved tool. It'll be available starting May 13. The new contracting tool will improve the onboarding/contracting process for new producers. (Fortunately, currently contracted producers won’t need to take any action to recontract.) In addition, the new contracting tool will:
- Expedite contracting process.
- Improve onboarding experience for new producers.
- Connect to the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). So, you're demographic and state license changes will automatically update in our new contracting tool.
|
Plan ahead: Short blackout period for making contract changes
From April 26 - May 12, there will be a temporary blackout period for submitting new contracts and making hierarchy changes to your current contract, while we switch to the new contracting system. If you need to make changes, be sure to submit them into nomoreforms early. Please note: During this period, you’ll still be able to submit demographic and banking updates through Producer World, and these updates will be made. Learn more about the new contracting tool.
