INDIVIDUAL MARKET UPDATE: LEARN ABOUT CHANGES TO THE CHIP PROGRAM
Did you know that Highmark has lowered premiums for CHIP and made it more affordable for families?
To help agents learn about the changes to the CHIP program, access the online training from the Producer Portal; use the TRAINING link in the top menu bar for single sign-on.
Or, agents can log in to Litmos directly, by using their NPN as the login ID. Go to the Course Library and select the Introduction to Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for Pennsylvania course.

SMALL GROUP UPDATE: INTRODUCING NEW PA SALES EXECUTIVES
Effective March 1, 2019, Jolene Schmidt will handle all new business sales across northeastern and central Pennsylvania, and Connie Sams will handle all new business sales in western Pennsylvania. Contact information for the sales executives is listed below.
Both sales executives will be visiting with agencies across their footprint in the coming months.
