| Employee Assistance Program Vendor Will Reach Out to Small Groups in April |

In a few weeks, Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP will email your small group customers (1–50 employees, fully insured). The email will remind them that they have exclusive access to an employee assistance program (EAP) at no additional cost to them or their employees.
This is a great opportunity for small groups to enhance their employee benefits packages. Members can get four free EAP sessions, per incident. They can then choose to continue care under their benefit plan.
Groups can sign up by phone with a short intake session, and members can use the service that same day. For more information, check out how an EAP can help employer groups and what services they provide for members. Or visit mseap.com. |

| Business Associate Agreement Required for ASO Employer Groups |
|
New ASO groups and existing fully insured groups that are switching to ASO should submit a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with their sales paperwork. The BAA is customized with group-specific information.
When you know your new group or renewing group is choosing an ASO funding arrangement, request a BAA via email.* In your email always include the following information:
- The Capital BlueCross sales or account executive for the group
- The effective date the group will be electing ASO
- The legal name of the group
