It has come to our attention that a system’s error resulted in premium payment being withdrawn from Thrivent Medicare Supplement contract holders’ bank accounts twice.  This “double draft” only impacted active contract holders with a draft date of 01/01/2019.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your clients. Our bank is in the process of reversing the erroneous transactions, which will result in a refund of the duplicate premium.
