THE DENTAL REWARD PROGRAM
As we wrap up 2018 and ramp up 2019, Highmark and United Concordia Dental are excited to offer an incentive program to our loyal producers for selling group dental.  Both Blue Edge Dental and United Concordia new group dental sales with between 2 and 99 enrolled employees with effective dates of November 2018 through January 2019 are eligible for this program.  

Bonus reward amounts are determined based on group size. There are no bonus caps per producer or agency.

Less than 10 enrolled employees
 		 $5.00
 
10 - 24 enrolled employees
 		 $10.00
 
25 - 49 enrolled employees
 		 $15.00
 
50 - 99 enrolled employees
 		 $20.00
 

What else do I need to know?
  • Agents must be properly licensed and appointed.
  • Must be new business to Blue Edge Dental or United Concordia Dental.
  • Bonus will pay out on each enrolled employee.
  • Bonus payments will be issued in April 2019.
