·         Plan G rates are expected to be competitive in a number of markets or may reflect lower rate actions! Be on the lookout for other plan rates which may also become more competitive in certain states.

·         The annual rate change will occur on January 1, 2019, in most states.  In some states, the annual rate change will occur on April 1, 2019.  More details will be available in state-specific communications.
