Effective January 1, 2019 the Individual Advantage commission rates for the 2019 Open Enrollment period are set forth below.

- The commission rates are for business sold during the 2019 open enrollment period and are not applicable for business sold during SEP (Special Election Period).
- All commission payments are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in your Producer Agreement with UPMC Health Plan. In the event of a conflict between this communication and your Producer Agreement, the Producer Agreement will control.
- Renewal commissions paid for Premium network members will only be paid for members residing in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland and Washington counties. All other premium members residing in any other county will not be paid a renewal commission.
