2019 INDIVIDUAL U65 HIGHMARK PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TRAINING
Individual U65 Product training is immediately available to agents through Litmos. Our training is more interactive and easier to review. The seven (7) shorter modules include:
- Introduction (required to take next module – approx. 10 minutes)
- 2019 Portfolio (required to take next module – approx. 45 minutes)
- Knowledge Check (required to open remaining modules – approx. 5 minutes)
- Care Options
- Supplemental Products
- Value-Added Benefits
- Agent/Broker Requirements
Log in to Producer Portal and use the TRAINING link in the top menu bar for single sign-on. Or, agents can log in to Litmos directly – agent NPN should be the login ID. Go to the Course Library and select the learning path for the region(s) that you represent.
Tomorrow, agents that were 2018 FFM Certified will get an email directly from Litmos advising this training is available.
*Training is highly encouraged but is not mandatory to sell Highmark individual plans.
