We’ve made BIG improvements to Aetna Medicare provider search tools, aetnamedicare.com/findprovider and coventry-medicare.com/findprovider. The updated tools make it easier and faster for you to assist your clients this AEP season. Some recent enhancements include:

For the busy AEP season, we offer a special hotline to help you look up providers. Just call 1-855-242-9735. Representatives are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT, through December 7. (This hotline is for ready-to-sell producers only.)
