The rates are effective for any new business with a signature date of
November 1, 2018 or later requesting an effective date of November 1,
2018 or later.
Please refer to the points below to determine which rates should be
applied for new applications:
- All Medicare
Supplement applications signed before November 1, 2018
will receive the current 4-17-17 rates.
- Any Medicare
Supplement application signed
on
or after November 1, 2018, requesting an
effective date of November 1, 2018, or later , will receive the
new 11-1-18 rates.
- Any Medicare
Supplement application re-dated on or after November 1, 2018
will receive the new 11-1-18 rates.
