Hello from Highmark!
It has come to our attention that
there is a minor error with the Freedom Blue PPO Select premium listed in a
Plan Benefit Comparison that you recently received with Enrollment Kits. The
premium was listed as $135.50 and the correct 2019 premium is $133.50. This affects guides with the code
T1_PG19_AEP_WC_CB_PPO_1
on the back, which were included in 2019 Erie County Enrollment Kits.
In an effort to ensure that accurate
information is reflected in your kits, we are asking for your assistance. You
will receive a package tomorrow with the corrected document. Upon
receipt, please discard the incorrect Plan Benefit Comparison documents within
each kit and replace them with the version in the package.
