Highmark is pleased to announce that beginning October 1, Jeb Dunkelberger will be joining the Producer Administration team as Vice President of Producer Administration. 

Jeb comes to the Producer Administration team as a seasoned leader within Highmark, transitioning from his current role overseeing reimbursement innovation and strategy within Product & Health Care Services. He joined Highmark from McKesson Corp. where he served as Vice President of Accountable Care Services. Prior to that, Jeb served in several roles within the Health Care Performance Improvement division at Ernst & Young. 

Jeb has worked in multiple market-facing roles within both the provider and payer space and is excited to bring a fresh perspective to Highmark’s approach to Producer partnerships. In this evolving sector it’s important to ensure Highmark is engaging, educating, and enabling Producers to succeed – and that will be the core focus for Jeb and his team. 

Jeb will report directly to Tony Benevento, Senior Vice President, Pennsylvania Markets. Reporting to Jeb in his new role will be Cara Jones, Senior Communications Analyst, Cory Dorman, Relationship Management Consultant and Mark Fleisner, Senior Relationship Management Consultant.

Jeb is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. He also holds health care related Master’s degrees from the London School of Economics & Political Science and Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania.
