In an effort to ensure that beneficiary designations are clear and correct, the following guidelines have been established regarding collateral assignments and bank beneficiaries.

Discontinuation of credit card

Effective Aug. 1, 2018, credit card will no longer be accepted as a valid form of payment. Any applications received Aug. 1 or later indicating credit card as a form of payment, will have a requirement added to confirm the payment type, which can be obtained on delivery.
