On-demand employee registration

With Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA), we put the power where it belongs - in the hands of our members. Now, when employees of AFA groups use Springboard Marketplace® for the first time, they can create a username and password all on their own and all from the Springboard homepage.

That means as soon as an employee is ready, they can easily log in to Springboard and take advantage of all the perks AFA has to offer, like:

Apple Watch offer*

How it works
Employees and HR administrators who have not yet logged in to Springboard, can navigate to the Springboard homepage at www.springboardmarketplace.com and click on the “First Time User” link. They should select the "Employee" button in the pop-up box and then, follow the prompts to create their username and set a temporary password. Once they complete this, they can log in to Springboard via the username and password fields on the homepage. Note: the first time they log in, they will need to reset their temporary password.

Forgotten passwords and usernames
If an employee or HR administrator has logged in to Springboard before but can’t remember their password, just direct them to the “Forgot Password” link on the Springboard homepage. If they can’t remember their username, they can call the Springboard Helpdesk at 855-529-1535 and select option 3.
