Keep What You Have (KWYH) Transition Offers
As you know, we will no longer renew KWYH plans. To help you and your clients evaluate Aetna's other small business options, we will send a new business proposal for our Small Group ACA plans along with our Small Group Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) plans to eligible KWYH customers. Attached is a timeline of what you and your clients can expect by renewal date. We're making it easy We will send all of our offers at least 90 days before your client's renewal date. This ensures they have plenty of time to review their options before making a decision. Each offer will have an insert explaining the option(s) within the offer and clearly outlining next steps and deadlines. Attached are samples of our inserts for September effective dates - you will note there are three versions: ACA offer AFA offer Both ACA and AFA offer Earn an administrative fee credit for your clients If your Aetna KWYH clients choose an Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) plan at renewal they could get an administrative credit fee of $25 per subscriber.
