Limited business hours on Friday, May 25 and Monday, May 28
The Aetna Senior Supplemental Insurance offices will close on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 10 a.m. CT due to an all associates meeting. The following phone lines will have regular operating hours:
- Medicare Supplement telephone interview line (855-221-8353)
- Final Expense Jet Pre-Approval line (877-538-2759, option 1)
The office will remain closed Monday, May 28 in honor of Memorial Day. The Medicare Supplement telephone interview and Final Expense Jet-Pre-Approval phone lines will also be closed that day.
We will reopen Tuesday, May 29 for regular business hours. E-App and the automated voice signature line (877-806-9519) are available at any time. Many self-service options are available online, including reviewing the status of pending new business.
