Changes coming with the Faxing of Applications.

With the new MBI we are forced to make some changes to the enrollment process for faxed applications. 
 
Currently if an application is faxed, we are able to process.  Starting on 10/1/18, because of the MBI changes, there is an extra step an agent will need to take.

1. Before faxing an application, the agent will need to log on to the CRM system and do a Quick Form then fax the application.
2. They can actually take the app and instead of faxing, they can input all info into the Enrollment Form on CRM.

We are currently putting together a webinar on how to use the quick form and the enrollment form on CRM to help anyone that may need a refresher course. 

Remember, this is currently not required but would be a good idea to start doing before going live on 10/1/18.
