LEHIGH VALLEY FLEX BLUE INCENTIVE ENTENDED FOR LARGE GROUP CLIENTS THROUGH JANUARY 1, 2019!
Highmark’s incentive program for new group business in Lehigh Valley, central and northeastern Pennsylvania encourages agents with an extra incentive opportunity that pays beyond regular commission, directly to the agent. As a reminder, agents who write new group business for Lehigh Valley Flex Blue (LVFB) with effective dates through January 1, 2019, will receive an additional incentive upon receipt of the first month's premium.
Here are the details:

Applies to all new to Highmark Large Group clients with 51 or more employees (fully insured or self-insured), offering LVFB with 5 or more enrolled contracts.

Applies only to groups sold with LVFB in Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill and Monroe counties.

Payout is based upon enrollment in LVFB. In case of dual option, only those contracts enrolled in LVFB.
A one-time incentive will be paid in a lump sum at the end of each month for groups sold effective that month – reference the chart below for payout amounts per contract:

Highmark reserves the right to recoup the incentive if:

The group cancels before their next renewal date
