Effective May 14th, Foresters Financial™ has enhanced notifications in the Certificate Details feature in ezbiz.
You will now receive notifications within one business day after a certificate status change when your SMART UL, Advantage Plus, or legacy permanent product client is sent a Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) Notice with additional options for reversal when the change is due to Overpayment or
Withdrawal.
As well as the Notice of Pending Lapse you currently receive you will also now receive a new Lapse Notice within one business day of a certificate lapse for clients with any issued products.
You now have access to these key documents before your client receives them in the mail. This gives you time to review, and decide how to best serve your clients' needs.

Access Certificate Details today
Log onto Foresters ezbiz portal and select 'Certificate Details' from the left hand menu under 'My Business & Reports.' Once it launches, you have the ability to search by certificate number or members first or last name.
To open the document available, click the document logo to the left of the insured's first name. This will open any documents that are available for that certificate. At this point select that document to open.
Communications to multiple clients in one day will be grouped together in one notification to avoid cluttering your inbox with multiple emails.
