BLUE EDGE VISION PRODUCTS NOW OFFERED TO LARGE EMPLOYER GROUPS

Highmark is excited to announce the launch of Blue Edge Vision products for employer groups with 51 or more employees, in Pennsylvania, for effective dates beginning July 1, 2018.

The new vision product plans will utilize the Davis Vision provider network of 70,000+ points of access which includes more than 740 Visionworks locations across the U.S., and other retailers such as Sears, JCPenney, Target, and select LensCrafters and Pearle Vision locations.

Note: Wal-Mart is a participating provider outside the state of Pennsylvania.

Blue Edge Vision branded plans are designed to provide comprehensive vision coverage with unique features:

Groups receive a 24-month rate guarantee
Members receive an enhanced Visionworks benefit: An additional $50 allowance when purchasing frames at a Visionworks location
Members receive a free hearing consultation and discounts on basic hearing aid technology
Various benefit levels to meet client needs

JULY 2018 LARGE GROUP QUOTE REQUEST FORM NOW AVAILABLE

The July 2018 Quote Request Form (QRF) is now available on the Producer Portal under the Resources section. New vision plan designs for July 2018 include:

Designer Basic
Premier

New Dental plan design variables for July 2018 include:

Deductible - $25/$75 or $50/$150
Annual Maximum - $1,000 or $1,500 or $2,000
Orthodontic Maximum (when applicable) - $1,000 or $1,500
