MD and NJ Products Approved

Mutual of Omaha has approvals for the new product filings in both Maryland and New Jersey. Here’s some additional details.

Maryland

• Moving from Omaha Insurance Company to United of Omaha Life Insurance Company
• E-app will be available on May 4^th
• Paper apps are available now and agents may begin writing (see attached)
• Express announcement will be on May 2^nd
• Household discount - 12%
• Maryland is included in the Broker Bonus Program
• $150 for fully underwritten apps
• $30 for Open Enrollment apps

New Jersey

• Moving from United of Omaha Life Insurance Company to Omaha Insurance Company
• E-application will be available on May 4^th
• Paper apps are available now and agents may begin writing (see attached)
• Express announcement will be on May 2^nd
• Household discount - 7%
• New Jersey is included in the Broker Bonus Program
• $150 for fully underwritten apps
• $30 for Open Enrollment apps
• New Jersey also has the Dental product approved. Rates and application are included in the app pack
