Important News |
New AFA case submission process for new sales starting with 5/1 effective dates
We now have a new case submission process to follow, and a new sales notice for you to complete, in order to start the enrollment process. Below is a summary of the new process. Be sure to review the attached flyer and checklist for more details that can help you along the way.
New case submission process:
- Once you have an AFA sale, submit the new sales notice (attached above) to the sales coordinator mailbox.
- We then email out required paperwork and other helpful information. This triggers AdobeSign documents.
- You complete and return the required paperwork to the sales coordinator mailbox.
- You/your client completes AdobeSign documents and Employer Application.
- We send a notification to you/the group as to when they can start employee enrollment in Springboard Marketplace.
Please note: the new case submission flyer, checklist and sales notice can also be accessed on ProducerWorld.
Reminders |
4/1 product changes: As a reminder, we've updated our Small Group AFA portfolio. Starting with April 1, 2018 effective dates, you can use our benefit grids on Producer World when talking with your under 50* clients about AFA.
Product updates range from changes to our prescription drug formulary, to changes to member copays. Two exciting new pharmacy enhancements include more Rx delivery options and easier access to vaccines. Refer to the benefit grids for more information.
Please note, we will inform customers about the 4/1 product changes during their renewal process.
AFA-related training information: We continue to have AFA training calls every week, on various topics, to help you better navigate AFA and answer any questions. Refer to the attached flyer for more details.
