Highmark is currently auditing and updating our contact records for our Medicare agents.  Many records are out of date or missing information.  We are asking that all agents currently selling or receiving renewals for Highmark Medicare products complete the survey at the link below with their most current contact information.  Agents who do not provide their current contact information may be at risk of not receiving the link for the annual training and certification later this year.   Please click the link below and update your demographic information no later than April 11, 2018.

Agents who are not currently appointed to sell Highmark Medicare products should not complete this survey.  New agents interested in selling Highmark Medicare products, should contact their upline for instructions on how to become appointed with Highmark Medicare.
