MYCHART LAUNCHES IN ERIE MARKET

On February 23, Highmark patients located in Erie joined millions of others with a current health record in Epic. The new medical record system offers access to MyChart, a cutting-edge patient portal. From online appointment scheduling, test result review, and care team messaging capabilities, MyChart provides an easy, secure way for patients to proactively manage their health.

Transitioning patients to one integrated system now makes it easier for caregivers to access patient records from virtually anywhere within the Allegheny Health Network. By organizing clinical information in a standardized format, Highmark can seamlessly coordinate patient transitions from one physician or care facility to another.
