DVH and Dental Plus applications to be consolidated
The Medico DVH (Dental-Vision-Hearing) and Dental Plus applications will be consolidated into one application effective March 1.* Please see the following details to help you get ready to sell:

The new application MUST be used beginning on March 1. Please destroy all old applications.
Due to compliance regulations, we can no longer accept credit or debit card information on paper applications. Bank account information will still be accepted.
Use MyEnroller to ensure the appropriate application is being submitted.
What you need to know about the new Medicare cards
The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) requires Social Security Numbers to be removed from all Medicare cards by April 2019 to help reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud.
A unique and randomly assigned Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) will replace SSNs on new Medicare cards. Every Medicare beneficiary will receive a new Medicare card beginning in April 2018 through April 2019.

When your clients receive a new Medicare card with their MBI number, they should give their new card to their health care provider at their next appointment. No call is needed to Medico Agent Services or Customer Care.
