SMALL GROUP UPDATE: MAY RENEWAL RATES NOW AVAILABLE

Small Group renewal rates for May 1, 2018, effective dates are now available on the Producer Portal for all regions.

INDIVIDUAL MARKET UPDATE: NEW INDIVIDUAL UNDER 65 HMO PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SELECTION

Highmark Individual Market members enrolled in HMO plans in western and northeastern PA must each select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to coordinate their care. If they do not, a PCP will be assigned to them.

To encourage those who have not selected a PCP, Highmark is mailing a letter highlighting the benefits of having a PCP, and how to locate and select a PCP. It also informs members that if PCP selections are not made, one will be assigned to each covered member on the plan. A form for listing the PCP information for each family member will accompany the letter and is also available on the Producer Portal under the Resources section.
