1095-B for Small Group Aetna Funding Advantage
Our goal is to keep Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) simple for your clients. And with our new 1095 reporting capabilities, we nailed it. Starting this year, we'll handle 1095-B forms for your small business AFA clients - so they don't have to worry about it.

We will automatically send form 1095-B in January to all Small Group AFA members with coverage for the previous calendar year. That means new business and renewing AFA groups (5-50) no longer have to prepare and send 1095-B forms to their employees. And members will still have what they need to report their health insurance coverage at tax time.

It's one more way AFA makes plan administration easy - so your clients can focus on running their businesses, not their health benefits.

For complete details - including opt-out instructions, please reference the attached plan sponsor letter. We will distribute this to plan sponsors on November 3.
