2018 INDIVIDUAL SALES PREPARATION
In 2018, the Highmark Individual Market will be using a Training and Certification Platform powered by Litmos where participation in training programs and individual Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) certifications will be tracked.
- If you did not receive an email with assigned training information:
We might not have your correct email address or no email address on file. To set up training, please email your name, NPN and email address to U65TrainingCertification@highmark.com.
- If you did the training, but are not showing complete: Please go back and complete the training again and be sure to type in your full name and date completed.

Do not use your Date of Birth in the date field: If you did this, you will likely need to complete the training again.
- Take a course only one time: Certain courses require us to review answers and mark them to show 100 percent complete. Do not take courses consecutive times. Most courses have now been set to only allow one take.

If the link in the email we provided no longer works or you cannot find the link: Go to Highmark.litmos.com and use the ‘I've forgotten my username/password’ link to reset your password. Your Username is your NPN.
- How to know that you are done: Login to Highmark.litmos.com and check Achievements
to see if courses show as complete. 2018 Individual FFM Certification and 2018 U65 Attestation are required to sell Under 65 Individual plans for 2018. Please note: It will take 3-5 business days for your FFM and SHOP certifications to load to Litmos.
