The session, “It's Been 9 Months – What Has the Stork (Congress) Delivered?”, looked into what the Trump Administration has done on the regulatory level while Congress has debated legislative changes, including yesterday’s executive order. It also covered congressional actions related to a repeal/replace of the ACA, the political and philosophical barriers preventing comprehensive reforms, the actions that can be expected in the near term and later, the role that NAHU has in this process, and what NAHU members, the overall agent/broker community and employers play in this process.
