We want to communicate an issue that was printed in the 2018 Enrollment Kits.
In the Additional Benefits section, the hearing benefit bullet mentions NationsHearing. This was printed in error, as they are not our 2018 Hearing Aid Vendor.
Please be aware that the Hearing Aid allowance does not change.
Additionally, click the button below to download the insert that MUST be inserted into all existing printed Enrollment Kits. A future kit (to also include updated Star Measures) will reflect this change and not require the insert. As always please use our provider lookup tool to search for Gateway Health’s participating providers.
