Remember, you’re allowed to hand out enrollment applications for CY2018 products starting on October 1 but you may NOT accept, collect or take possession of a completed AEP enrollment application prior to October 15. Why sell 2018 Aetna PDP products?

In 2018, we'll offer three PDP options in all 50 states and D.C. All plans are fully commissionable and referable. Get details on premiums, deductibles and pharmacy network and more.

Scope of Appointment (SOA) options

Remember, you’re required to get an SOA for any one-on-one, face-to-face appointment held outside of an educational event, or a formal or informal marketing/sales event. You’ve got three options, including a NEW email/text option through the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app, telephonic SOA and a paper SOA.

New easier way to help members review year-over-year benefit changes

Got 3 minutes? There’s a new feature in the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app that makes it easy and convenient for you to review year-over-year plan changes with existing members. Watch this short demo video and then try it out starting October 1. Don’t have access to the Ascend Virtual Sales Office app? You can request access through Producer World via the link at bottom of this email.

How to find network doctors, hospitals, specialists
