to share an important reminder with all agents on the rules regarding
Federal and State Calling Hours:
- Only call between 9am
to 8pm Monday-Saturday; local time
- No calls on Sunday or
holidays
- Only make 1 outbound
attempt per day, with a maximum of 3 attempts per week
- Only leave 1
voicemail per prospective customer
