Maintenance outages are regularly scheduled on HealthCare.gov every year
during Open Enrollment, and this year is no different. Mark your calendar for
scheduled HealthCare.gov downtime during Open Enrollment to help you plan your
customer appointment schedules!
HealthCare.gov
will potentially be down for
maintenance and updates on:

Wednesday, November 1 overnight
– exact time to be determined (Note: Healthcare.gov will function
normally during business hours.)

Sundays from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
(except for December 10)
Please
note that planned downtime may not be
fully used and that any downtime outside of the listed times is unplanned and
will be treated as critical until resolved. Before each weekend maintenance
window, the Marketplace will communicate a better estimate of the Sunday
downtime so you can plan accordingly.
