	1095s for Small Group Aetna Funding Advantage
	We work hard to keep Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) two moves ahead. That's why starting this year, we'll handle 1095 forms for AFA small business customers. We will automatically send member attestations in January to all Small Group AFA members with coverage for the previous calendar year. That means new business and renewing AFA groups (5-50) no longer have to prepare and send 1095 forms to their employees. And members will still have what they need to report their health insurance coverage at tax time. It's one more way AFA makes plan administration easy - so your clients can focus on running their businesses, not their health benefits.
